Went to Maido for dinner, one of the top 50 restaurant’s in the world. I did the chefs experience, a 2+ hour 11 course tour of Peruvian & Japanese fusion food. Far from cheap, but worth it! Unfortunately my local tour guide was in their usual pissy mood and that took away from my enjoyment a bit.
